Although, we offer plenty of communication options to get in contact with us including live chat, email, website, branches, call center, and appointment scheduling & more our Help Center and Knowledge base is here as a self service center in case you're looking for any answers while we're not around.
The Help Center is designed to provide our clients a self-service support option for our digital banking solutions. The Help Center is made up of two parts: a knowledge base and a community. Clients can search for knowledge base articles to learn a task or search the community and ask fellow users questions. If for any reason you cannot find an answer, you'll have the option to submit a support request.
Each client in the community has a Help Center profile, so all of our clients can get to know one another better. The Profiles contain relevant information about the community member, along with their activities and contributions to the community. Profiles also give each community member/client the option to follow another user and get notifications when that user makes a post or comment.
