Safari went through a change and no longer allows cookies to be sent in an iFrame for another site. If for any reason you are unable to load the electronic statements or bill pay modules within the online banking platform and are using Safari browser, please use these steps as a work around to access the modules.
Within the Safari menu, click "preferences" and navigate to the "privacy" tab across that modal that pops up. We have supplied a screenshot here for your assistance. We highly recommend that if you run into this problem using Google Chrome browser.
