In FNBSM Online, a floating question mark icon appears in the bottom right of each page as you conduct your internet banking session.
If FNBSM Online is being accessed on a mobile device, tapping the question mark icon brings up our phone number and an option to begin a conversation with Support. To access these suboptions while accessing FNBSM Online on a desktop, please hover over the question mark icon.
